Building on a successful career as an executive for leading television, technology, and interactive entertainment companies, Todd established BECK Media to provide companies access to personalized, business-minded strategic marketing and communications solutions.

Todd Beck
Todd Beck
Todd is the CEO and founder of BECK Media & Marketing, which he established in 2000 to provide companies access to highly-customized, business-minded strategic marketing and communications solutions.
Before starting BECK Media, Todd built a successful career as a communications executive, working in an agency setting, at a major U.S. broadcast television network, and at a trailblazing online gaming company. Today, Todd works with other founders and CEOs to help them build and grow lasting companies and brands. Todd is primarily responsible for maintaining the agency’s results-oriented culture of creativity and innovation. He supports the agency’s broader client services team with creative and strategic firepower, and after more than 25 years at the helm, takes a special interest in developing the industry’s next generation of leaders.
Todd graduated from Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics) and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. In a moment of pandemic lockdown inspiration, he established Pledge4.org, the non-extractive giving circle that distributes new business opportunities to participating agencies in order to generate philanthropic donations for good causes. Todd is also the longest-serving executive committee member, Treasurer and three-term past Chair of the Television Publicity Executives Committee.
In any given week, you can find Todd traveling around his native Los Angeles via bicycle, train, or electric skateboard to find new points of view, fresh air and unexpected connections. If you ever need a restaurant recommendation, reach out any time.

Sharn Norman
Sharn is EVP, Client Services with oversight of the entire BECK account services team. She is based in Santa Monica, and counsels clients across entertainment and technology on their communications strategies. Over nearly a decade with BECK Media, she has overseen PR campaigns as diverse as promoting virtual reality concerts on the META Quest platform, product launches from the innovative hospitality finance and rewards app inKind, and new series on Prime Video. With a combination of in-house and agency side experience, Sharn thrives on bringing her expertise to deliver results for clients including the Wonder Project, Acorn TV, Advertiser Perceptions, inKind, and National Geographic, among others. Stephanie Booker
A BECK Media stalwart since the agency’s early years in Los Angeles, Stephanie returned to her hometown of Atlanta and established BECK’s office there in 2017. Today, she is part of the management team as an EVP, leading the agency’s business development unit. Across 15 years with BECK, Stephanie has led a variety of accounts, including BET+, NBC Universal, Pluto TV, MGM Television, and Tenderfoot TV, among many others. Her poise and deep knowledge of the media landscape have made her a much sought-after advisor for clients across streaming, production, podcasts, and scripted, and unscripted TV. Before joining BECK Media, Stephanie worked with Paramount Digital, Pepsi Digital, and a range of renowned actors, directors, and writers. In her free time, she enjoys discovering Atlanta’s newest dog-friendly spots with her husband, two young kids, and their rescue pup, Frank. A former competitive basketball player, Stephanie also serves on the board of YREF, a nonprofit that empowers disenfranchised youth through sports officiating.

A Michigan native, Kenna moved to Los Angeles in 2017 to pursue her dreams of working in the industry and city she now calls home. Shanice is a member of BECK Media’s Atlanta team, where she works with clients across multiple fields of entertainment, including Campanario Entertainment, BET+, Iron Mountain Media and Archive Services, and Tenderfoot TV.
